美拉德反應(yīng)罐系統(tǒng) Su Maillard reaction tank
本優(yōu)機(jī)械美拉德反應(yīng)罐主要包括反應(yīng)罐體、攪拌系統(tǒng)（攪拌電機(jī)、攪拌減速器、刮板攪拌）及夾套加熱系統(tǒng)等操作單元。投料孔為垂直方向，設(shè)計(jì)有放掉落網(wǎng)，下部出料口配備無滯留底閥，夾套進(jìn)蒸汽口與冷凝水出口各為對稱兩個，溫度探頭分為上、中、下3個，在攪拌軸底部設(shè)計(jì)有可拆卸的扇形刮板。

工作原理：
我司考慮到骨素美拉德反應(yīng)是在較高溫度下進(jìn)行的熱反應(yīng)。美拉德反應(yīng)罐使用前需要關(guān)閉無滯留底閥，之后加入經(jīng)計(jì)量的液體物料。隨后打開垂直投料口，加入美拉德反應(yīng)需要的物料。加入之前，需要先開啟攪拌電機(jī)及減速器，此時在攪拌軸的帶動下，刮板攪拌、推進(jìn)攪拌、框式攪拌全部隨攪拌軸轉(zhuǎn)動。刮板攪拌上安裝的帶彈簧的聚苯丙烯刮板對粘附在罐壁的物料進(jìn)行刮壁，框式攪拌橫梁與軸存在45。夾角形成向下推力。攪拌啟動后再加入固體物料，防滑落網(wǎng)可以阻止較大的異物落入罐內(nèi)。為了防止加入的固體物料沉積到攪拌軸支撐座下的死角內(nèi)，底部扇形刮板能夠?qū)⑽锪蠑嚢枞芙?。此時開啟蒸汽，蒸汽通過夾套折流板和夾套封頭對罐體內(nèi)部物料加熱，形成的冷凝水通過冷凝水口排出。為操作人員燙傷或熱量散失，對罐體增加保溫層。將垂直投料口關(guān)蓋，進(jìn)行反應(yīng)。反應(yīng)過程中觀察探頭的溫度，調(diào)節(jié)攪拌速度和攪拌方向。反應(yīng)完成后關(guān)閉蒸汽，打開無滯留底閥出料。出料完成后關(guān)閉攪拌，并開啟清洗球?qū)摅w內(nèi)壁進(jìn)行清洗，完成整個反應(yīng)過程。

The polyphenylene propylene scraper with spring installed on the scraper stirrer scrapes the material adhered to the tank wall, and the frame stirring beam is 45 ° away from the shaft. The angle forms a downward thrust. Solid materials are added after the start of mixing to prevent large foreign matters from falling into the tank. In order to prevent the added solid material from depositing into the dead angle under the support seat of the stirring shaft, the bottom fan-shaped scraper can stir and dissolve the material. At this time, the steam is turned on, and the steam heats the materials inside the tank through the jacket baffle and jacket head, and the condensate water formed is discharged through the condensation nozzle. In order to prevent operators from scalding or heat loss, an insulating layer is added to the tank. Close the vertical feeding port for reaction. During the reaction, the temperature of the probe was observed, and the stirring speed and direction were adjusted. After the reaction, close the steam and open the non stagnant bottom valve for discharging. After discharging, turn off the mixing and start the cleaning ball to clean the inner wall of the tank to complete the whole reaction process.
